Lymphatic Drainage requires only a very light touch. This is because

Hot Stone Massage:
Is a form of bodywork using deep tissue massage that involves the
application of heated or cooled stones that are used in combination
with oils. The heat from the stones penetrates the muscles, helping to
ease tension, sooth inflammation, stimulate the circulatory system and
assist the body in self-healing. When appropriate, cold stones are
alternated with hot stones. |

The therapist uses warmed bamboo tools of varying lengths and
